First off, Lush products are not cheap. At USD$46.95 for 1.7 ounces, it's gonna set you back a bit. Needless to say, for that much, I expect fireworks, window-cleaning, and a cat-sitter. But, even after finishing off almost all 1.7 ounces, all I can really give it is a meh. It just wasn't for me.
First off, it was very heavy for my skin, which I consider normal-combination. So heavy, in fact, that I quickly restricted to using it just at night. Second, on Lush's site, it's claimed that Paradise Regained uses green tea and fresh fruits to brighten and revive mature skin. Sadly, I didn't see a lot of brightening going on. And as for my mature skin, I didn't see much improvement there either, at least nothing beyond what I've seen in other facial moisturizers.
And, what finally made me decide to move on was the fact that the boy didn't like the smell. Lush products always have a very strong smell, but to him, this smelled a little too much like medicine. That's not good for him or me.
However, I know that this product works for a lot of others. I think it would work extremely well for those who have such dry skin that they can appreciate the moisture, and maybe those with more wrinkles who really need something to firm them up. But, if you're like me, you'll probably realize that you could have spent your money elsewhere, and been a lot happier.
