HOLIDAY DEADLINE
Please place your order by December 10 to ensure delivery by Christmas. This only applies to domestic orders. No guarantees can be made for international orders.

SHIPPING TIMES

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail (depending on the size of the order) and Lip Glosserie takes no responsibility for any delays caused by the delivery service. If you would like a different delivery service or additional services such as signature upon delivery, please contact me before placing your order. Delivery time for any international orders can vary greatly and no guarantee can be made for any order.

Please plan ahead when ordering before a major holiday. During normal times of the year, a regular-sized order may take up to 5 business days to ship out after payment clears, although most times it will ship out within 1-2 business days. In the case of a delay, the customer will be notified and be given the option to be refunded their payment if they need their package sooner.

Large or custom orders may take up to 8 business days or more from the time of a payment clearing to be shipped out.

TRIO/COMBO DISCOUNTS
Discounts are processed as refunds through PayPal. For every 3 lip balms you purchase, a discount of $3.00 off the total will be applied.  For every 3 winter cuticle balms you purchase, a discount of $3.00 off the total will be applied.  For every 3 summer cuticle balms you purchase, a discount of  $2.00 off the total will be applied.

SHIPPING INFO
Lip Glosserie will send out packages via USPS, generally by first class mail. If you would like additional or different services (priority, UPS, delivery confirmation, insurance, etc.), please submit your request through the Contact link.

SALES TAX
All orders shipping to Texas addresses will have 8.25% sales tax added to their order.

RETURNS/REFUNDS
If your item is damaged or incorrect in any way, please use the Contact link to describe the issue. Due to issues of hygiene and the personal nature of bath and beauty products, Lip Glosserie is unable to accept returns or exchanges.

CUSTOM ORDERS
 If you would like to submit a custom request (custom labels, custom flavors, sweetening, and/or coloring), please feel free to use the Contact link to send an email.
